Joe Biden on Terrorism, Iraq and Homeland Security

Joe Biden Joe Biden may be just the bulldog Barack Obama needs when it comes to staking out defense-friendly positions on terrorism. Obama can speak, as he did in Berlin in July, of global terrorism in broad globalist terms and maintain the team's progressive outward face. Biden might continue both his sharp critique of the Bush administration, and of McCain's views on terrorism, while advocating increased funding for homeland security, the military and intelligence, as he did when he began a run for president in 2006.
