Claim to Notoriety:Anti-Castro militant Posada is both a former CIA operative and an international terrorist. He was responsible for downing Cubana Flight 455 in 1976, and killing all 73 passengers and crew members on board.

Currently: As of April, 2007, Posada awaited trial on immigration charges in the United States, which refused to turn him over to Cuba or Venezuela, so they can prosecute him as a terrorist.
